Extremely rude and pretentious.

My husband and I made reservations a week in advance only to arrive on time and be asked to wait outside. We patiently talked outside as we watched people walk in and get seated. Once we realized what was happening we asked the hostess why we hadn't been seated and she made up a poor excuse saying she thought I was waiting for someone. Even with several tables open, she sat us a small table tucked in the corner, truly not a suitable space for even 2. Only after complaining again did she seat us at a proper table. We should have left but didn't and enjoyed the food and service but their pretentious attitude and rude behavior goes far above what anyone should have to encounter. There are far better places for food without the attitude in San Francisco...avoid Zuni.
