Javier has a true gift....his heart. He is unlike any other personal trainer I know. I had tried several yoga and pilates programs on a recommendation that it strengthens your back. I needed the help after an accident but no pilates or yoga program 'clicked' for me like Javier's. I think his approach to fitness is refreshing. He isn't after your money...but he is after one thing...your overall health. My back has never felt better! Thanks Javier!
