I have been to 707 3 times, 2 of which were for big dinner parties. All 3 times I have been completely pleased with the place.
Although the are pretty expensive ($15-$25 per entree), you get what you pay for. The dinners are excellent, come with a salad, and are meals you won't find anywhere else. My only warning...only order a martini if you're ready to pay $9 for it!
If you're looking to have a party here, you've picked the right spot. Both times, the service and food has been excellent.
The only con is that it is slighty out of the way.
PROS: awesome food/service
CONS: a little far...and its expensive
