I arrived exactly on the minute to my appointment, was coming from half hour away and it was pouring rain outside, and the man at the counter asked condescendingly, "What happened to YOU?" He was extremely snotty and rude! If I hadn't been getting the haircut for a special occasion the following day, I would have turned around and left. My stylist didn't even come out until 10 minutes after I arrived. My hair stylist also had a very "uppity" attitude. The cut was decent, beside having to wait ten minutes for the stylist to leave and cut somebody else's hair in the middle of my cut. Definitely not worth the $55 plus tip and the rude attitudes!
