We should have been forewarned when the hostess asked my grandmother (using a walker) and me (cast/broken leg) if we wanted to sit upstairs (two flights of stairs...) or downstairs The inattentive waitress, after our initial order, only returned to our table after I TWICE requested a coffee refill. As she began to refill my cup, I mentioned, ""decaf, right?"" She jerked the pot back, saying ""Oh! Me bad!"", and capered away to retrieve the decaf pot filled with coffee so burnt tasting that I was unable to drink it. For approx. $14: two prawns, a ""medium well"" steak with the appearance and texture of shrunken shoe leather, undercooked green beans that required a steak knife to cut them, and a sliced tomato. Finally, during the meal, the lights were ""dimmed"" so suddenly that my grandmother jerked back from the table, looked around, and asked ""Did the power go out?!""
Pros: View of waterfront
Cons: Poor service, Poor food, Poor ambience
