CDs are too expensive, especially because the majority of them are promos that have been resealed with their own machine. Limited selection for anything other than jazz and guitar rock. Owner promises orders and never delivers on it. Instead of ""the customer is always right"" methos, it's more ""there is a sucker born every minute"". They even sell obvious used CDs as new. The staff, in general, is nice, but don't ask for any recomendations or expect a nice welcome.
