After trying to make an appointment for over a week (they didn't answer their phone or emails), I decided to show up at the store without an appointment. I was greeted and immediately asked if I had an appointment. I explained the situation. The sales lady was rude from then on. She would not let me browse the selection without and consultant, and I had to wait 30 minutes for the consultant to show up to work (late). After trying on about 10 unsuccessful dresses, the consultant just left me in the dressing room to help someone else. They did not have many dresses in stock and were trying to get me to purchase a dress that I did not like. I don't care if I had found my dream dress there or not...I would not purchase it from this place.
Pros: various sizes to try
Cons: rude, pushy, staff not helpful
