The Gem of the Marina 5/24/2006

I've visited Three Seasons on many occasions. I've returned not only for the food and drink but also the atmosphere and the great staff. Let's start with the Spring Rolls. There is something for everyone. My favorite is the Summer Spring roll. While one other reviewer claimed the sauces were ""terrible"" I find the sauces a perfect compliment and set up for the main courses. That is where the real flavor lies. Now, the courses...Satays ""Cha Ca"" is a perfect delicate white fish. Soups...Dungeness Crab Meat...is great. Small Plates offer a favorite of mine the Saigon Crepe...very nice. Large Plates....I always get the Catfish in a Clay Pot...unbelievable. I hated fried catfish growing up in the South. But this interpretation is amazing...spicy and very flavorful. Don't feel intimidated if you've never tried this food. The staff is very cordial and are more then willing to help you with any recommendations. Pros: food, staff, drinks Cons: noisy w/large tables more
