I found Blue Bell's to ba local ""dive"" type of bar. That's not necessarily a bad thing. While maybe not where one would go to impress a first date, one could certainly quench their thirst here on the cheap. Friendly locals and a very friendly bartender. Nothing fancy, but it has a real ""neighborhood"" feel to it.
