My piercer was very knowledgeable and friendly. He actually turned me away the first time because I had been on antibiotics. They are all about doing piercings right instead of just getting them done. He made sure I was fine the whole way through. My piercing never really healed and the recommendations they gave me when I went back in didn't help either, but I don't blame him or HTC. I ended up taking it out but if I ever wanted anything done again I would definitely go back to them.
