LATE! RUDE DRIVER! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5/23/2006

Pick up was scheduled for 1400-14:15 for an 1800 international flight. The shuttle arrived at 14:30 with no passengers in it. We told the driver that we have to be at the airport latest by 15:30. He answered in a very RUDE manner. He even SWORE at my doorman, when he asked him to be more polite. He reported us no show looking at our face. When I called the call center to solve the situation. We couldnt talk to anyone. When I emailed the customer service, they asked for the taxi receipt to refund the money!!! We ended up taking a cab and paying over $50 instead of the $26 we were planning! So the total ride to the airport cost us over $75!!! I was trying to put a nice ending to my friend's visit taking her to the airport but SUPERSHUTTLE RUINED IT FOR US!! more
