Okay. It is definitely my fault for buying into the sales pitch and I should have checked references but I really needed help designing my new place. I still do... I won't even go into how much time I wasted waiting for the woman to arrive - 45 minutes late - and I took the day off for this? When she finally appeared she didn't even apologize. And that was just the beginning. She kept pacing around my apartment (kind of creepy) and talked, talked, talked really quickly. But nothing she said made any sense. It was weird. She tried to move my living room furniture around but it looked terrible. Need I say more? Stay away!!!
