I've heard pros and cons about Heat -- Pricey, so-so customer service, and so on. Even though it wasn't cheap, I loved my cut, and my color looked great in the salon and the next day, and the next. My stylist was courteous, and gave me the cut I asked for. I would absolutely recommend Heat to anyone looking for a great style.
