After bringing my Golden to Greenlake Animal Hospital for 16 years; for everything on a regular basis - the one time when he was old and extremely sick they were ""too busy"" to see him.
I felt that after spending 16 years and thousands of dollars with these people there would have been some effort on their part when I told them that Bud was very sick and needed to see someone immediately. There was absolutely no loyalty to a longterm customer. Their response was to tell me to call another clinic. When I told them Bud had been seen there for 16 years, that I would be willing to sit in the waiting room all day to wait for an opening, that didn't mean a thing to them. Not how I felt a long term customer and a dog that they always seemed happy to see would be treated.
Pros: good doctors, good location
Cons: no loyalty, expensive, mixed quality staff
