I had the worst experience that I've every had at a service related business. My garments were not completed on time, and when finally completed were done incorrectly. But it gets worse...One garment was lost and then I was accused of already picking it up even though on my reciept it said I hadn't. Note the word ""accused"" - the owner was incredible rude and was confrontational, telling me I had done something wrong. Never seen anything like it. I found myself trying to calm the situation and sort out their problem and I was the CUSTOMER! There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area.
