This shop was upfront, knowledgeable, and honest. The cost estimate was lower then others I received in the local area, and get this, they actually stayed true to the estimate.to the dime that hardly ever happens. The time it took to repair was longer then expected, however, they told me upfront how long they needed my car and they stuck to it. I know how transmissions perform and the common issues. Bob at this shop, explained the issues, didnt dumb it down, and didnt add any BS or try to over price the problem. Small operation but great service need more like this in LA These guys were a class act all the way and Ive recommended them to friends.
