I called in the morning requesting a cookie basket to be delivered to a hospital in the afternoon or the next day and they denied my request because it wasn't convenient for their driver. This was for a corporate account that could have done significant business with them, but now will not because of the rude phone service I received and because they refused to accommodate the delivery.
