I went to Tangier Lounge before for happy hour and I thought it was great with nice ambience. So when I decided to go there for a friend's birthday I was surprised that the service was really slow and we were served water in plastic cups (the disposable kind you use at picnics). We all agreed the food was pretty bad, too.
