I have gone to these guys for many oil changes. They are generally ok, but the last few times the service sucked. Once they forgot to rotate my tires though they charged me for it. After I pointed it to them, they fixed it. Another time, I went to them for a major service the guy called me up and said that they could not open the part where they put in the transmission fluid and asked me to go to the dealer for it. In general if you have a coupon, this place is affordable, but its nothing great. These days I go to the Firestone nearby and they seem to be doing a great job so far.
