Ruth's completely took advantage of me as a trusting first time bride. They quoted wrong estimated shipping dates and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I have nothing but negative things to say about Ruth's. Don't let them fool you into thinking they care about you or your wedding through anything other than a ""business perspective."" This terrible treatment came directly from the top- the ""highest ranking sales manager"" and the owner.
