We have been going to VBPC for 18 years. They have early hours for walk-ins without an appointment. This has been a tremendious help because of my work schedule. The staff is friendly and cooperative. I can call in the morning and have an appointment that same morning. I know at other pediatricians a sick child can wait hours to see the doctor. The most we have ever waited is 15 minutes and the doctor and nurse apoligized for the delay. My child had frequent ear infections and they were treated promtly, even when my doctor was out of the office. The office and doctor have called my house to check on my kids after they have been ill. Where else can you get that type of caring.! They are the best!
