I purchased my road bike at Rock N Road and when it needs serviced I take it back to Rock N Road. If they say it will be ready at 5 pm on Tuesday it is ready by 5 pm on Tuesday. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They know their merchandise. Their prices are comparable to the big chain stores.
