I am so glad someone else had the same experience as me.
I have been going there for six years annually and am always made to wait up to one hour past the appointment time, which is surprising because she only gives me a cursory check up that lasts maybe ten minutes.
Of course, if you are French then you automatically jump ahead in the queue, which might be one reason the French consulate has her listed, or vice versa.
On the positive side, she's nice and caring and seems smart.
