You get what you pay for. The facials are cheap, but my face broke out in horrible pimples from their oil. The waxing left blisters. I have had facials before but never like that. Also, the girl told me that she wasn't very good at french manicures, but apparently couldn't do a regular one either. She just wanted the money. I saw another staff nearly drop her cell phone onto a customer's face because she tried to answer it while applying hot wax. It's a hole in the wall place and I have learned my lesson.
