Listed as a Portuguese/Italian restaurant, we have never been disappointed while dining there. When family and/or friends visit from out of state, we ensure that Carmello's is the one restaurant we visit outside of Washington, DC. Choose from regular dining, to service in the lounge (depending on the date) and do not worry about your choices of food. Everyone who has ever dined there with us has had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Service in the lounge can be just a little slow when crowded, but enjoy another drink and relax for the evening. And the dessert tray is awesome.
