I worked for Pizza Hut at one time for 3 years and let me tell you, we all would have been fired had we acted the way this place does.
A family of four (one being a baby) goes infor dinner at 5:30 on a Tuesday night. The only other table is another family of 4 that had already been partially served (at least drinks). There are 6 employees working, including the manager.
Finally get seated, takes 5 minutes to get a highchair. The family is seated, look through the menus. Kids color, although the baby get increasingly fussy as the time goes on an NO WAITRESS to take the order.
This family waited 17 minutes in a NON BUSY restaurant (they could see some of the staff standing around laughing and joking) before they decided to get up and go somewhere else. After they took another 5 minutes to pack up the diaper bag, gets coats on and leave, the waitress decides to come over and ask why they are leaving.
