Disappointed, really needs better supervision

We love Morton's and go there whenever we have a special occasion. This time, however, service was terrible, extremely slow (the table next to us arrived 30 min later and still got their food before us). Our stakes were not how we ordered (we ordered medium, they were well done, completely dry). We also ordered the mushrooms, which were all greasy and tasteless. Waiter was not attentive, did not greet us or say thanks or anything. Seriously, needs to get better or will succumb to plenty of good alternatives in the city!
