They are local Central Coast Cambrian mortgage brokers with a knowledge of the market and the lenders that will loan in that market. They also deal directly with the lenders, the appraisers and the escrow companies (my escrow officer raved about them!!). They're available 7 days a week. I called them many times at their home office.
