If you want cheap, greasy and fast...go to Dicks, BurgerKing or McDonalds.
13 Coins is well worth the money at 2am or later/earlier.
Expect to be treated as you are. If you are loud, drunk, obnoxios, expect to be treated with a long wait, slow service or maybe never seated, in hopes you will leave.
On the other hand, if you appreciate good food, are willing to let the chef have the time to prepare your food, and know that dining costs more than Dicks, you will be in for a treat.
Pros: great food, good service, ambience
Cons: not for children.....which is actally a pro
