To make this as simple as possible, they have a very detailed and enticing website, which made me choose Sunsational over the competition. I figured if their website was so detailed, that their customer service and work quality would also be on point. I was wrong. My car windows were not done properly, and when I contacted them to tell them, they (in fact, the OWNER) already knew about the flaws in the tinting that I was telling them about. Another words, they charged me a whole lot of money, and in return, I received tinted windows with numerous flaws that they knew existed.\r \r Even though their prices were much higher than the competition, I chose them thinking the good ol' slogan, ""you get what you pay for."" This truly is not the case with Sunsational. Their customer service is lousy, and their work ethic and quality of work is well below par.\r \r I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They're in it for the money, but not willing to provide quality craftmanship.\r \r \r Pros: Well-detailed website Cons: Low quality tinting, lousy customer service more
