Was impressed with the owner with his patience in showing us a range of products. When it came to billing, the younger chap made a couple of errors that we had to point out (didn't give us credit for the base product that the contractor was offering when we went for an upgrade). After installation, we noticed that the rooms had a burnt air smell and upong inspection by a qualified inspector was told that the fireplaces weren't converted to use propane. We got a service appointed 3 weeks after we made a call; weren't told we need to confirm. On the day of appointment, they did not turn up. When called again, we have an appointment another 3 weeks from now. Will update again. Pros: Product range Cons: Poor installation and follow-up more
