Charolotte-James is great. I have been a long-standing customer here and have tried other places in Los Angeles but nothing is comparable when it comes to quality. Where else can you get treatments but within a medical model? The staff here has found skin cancer in several patients before it spread. I once had terrible skin and I have received acne treatments, facials, microdermabrasion here....you name, they do it. I now go for maintainence but my skin condition has improved significantly thanks to Charolotte-James . This is not a spa but what is lost in not being a spa is gained in the superior service and knowledge. Also, they make and distribute excellent products formulated by a their own dermatology nurse who has a higher education in chemistry....and they are reasonably priced.
Pros: Treatment was great, highly compotent staff, very satisified, no pressure to buy anything at all, very comfortable.
Cons: ambience is not a spa but I'm not looking for that, I would rather have qualified people performing my treatments
