We were there for two years, but should have left after the first year. My child's dance instructor's quit every 2 months, a new teacher would come in, and end up quitting too. Management didn't care about your concerns and even suggested that some children weren't ready to be dancers. One manager even spoke of a child's behavior so negatively without taking into consideration that the child had special needs, and thus insulted and embarrassed the parent. For recital practices, children were expected to stay extremely late, on a school night, without any consideration of the needs of the child (homework, eating dinner, and a proper nights rest). Recital was the only concern at this studio.
Pros: One cute costume.
Cons: Attitude, lack of quality instruction, no customer service, prices way too high, not child friendly.
