Good Asian fusion food

I've been going to this place for over 9 years ( I think maybe 8) but anyway the food is fantatic.
It's noisy (very) but you eat and get out. If the noise is not for you order take out!
Pros: Good food and very inexpensive
Cons: THE NOISE: When willthey solve that problem
