First, I have managed an apartment complex before, so I feel like I know what I'm talking about. It is importnat to know that for what you pay in rent you can almost buy a house!!! The new management is not effective! Work orders take a while! I've had issues trying to reach emergency maintanence. I can hear all of my neighbors. The pictures on the website are the ONLY nice thing. The waterfall in the pool area only works half the time. The workout equipment is OLD! Your water pressure is almost non-existance and the temperature varies frequently as if you were living in a dorm. So pretty much, I would HIGHLY recommend living somewhere else!
