This management company is completely useless. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do, they tell you they can't help you. More likely you leave a message and someone may or may not call you back. I couldn't figure out how having this HOA was useful at all. When we moved out, they charged the new owner an additional fee just to transfer the utilities and then didn't do it. I'm still battling the water company because of Cline and Co.'s negligence. They have a horrible reputation among real estate agents and now I can see why. If you are thinking about buying a house, first find out who the HOA is. If it's Cline, keep looking! You'll just end up paying $100+ a month for no service whatsoever!
