Carolina is a person who can not be honest with her clients. The times I have asked her for my file she refussed to give them to me and when I call she hangs up on me. When few times that she has called me I tell her to please return my files; she hangs up. Worst of all she took my money and will not return it back to me. She has filled out some forms for me but all the information is wrong. She is not the honest person she appears to be and worst of all she will not explain anything to you and if she does money has to be given to her for her services but for services she cannot provide and but only lie to you and leave you out in the cold. PLEASE BE CAREFULL OUT THERE SHE WILL MOSTLY DO THIS IF YOU ARE HISPANIC
Pros: She know her stuff very well
Cons: Not honest enough if she can complete the job, she just takes your money
