I've been a member of Facets for a little over a year, and although I know I shouldn't spend that $24.00 a month on my limited budget, I can't let it go. My friends tell me how I should just switch to Netflix, as it's cheaper and more convenient. That may be, but they don't have the amazing selection that Facets does. And if something isn't on DVD, I can almost always get it on VHS (better than nothing, right?). The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and just geeky enough. I also like to browse through the stacks of DVDs, or look things up on their computer.
Pros: Great selection, plus there's a movie theatre on the premises.
Cons: Kind of cramped, and hot titles are gone for weeks at a time.
