I brought my car to this Firestone Repair Center with a specific problem. They made repairs to the vehicle based on their diagnostics (@ $79) that did not fix the problem. After 4 trips back and $700 spent, the problem still exists. I complained and they responded by saying that they did the best they could based on their diagnostics. Irronically, while waiting in the TV lounge, I overheard them bragging amongst themselves that their store was making their revenue target for the month!
PROS: Location to downtown is convenient
CONS: I do not trust their advice
