As a single woman, it often scares me to take my car for repairs. Seems like most places I had gone in the past would always try to pull a fast one on me. When I moved to Parma, I decided to give the local Firestone a try. I am now a loyal customer.Chris, the manager, is always very helpful and friendly. He explains everything to me so that I understand completely what it is that they are going to do to my car and why they are going to do the work. If I don't have the money for everything, he explains what the most important repair is and I come back when I can afford more. I have never had to take my car back because something wasn't fixed right and it is always done on time just like they advertise.
