Ended up eating at Ichiban as the result of going into the wrong doorway while headed to Manekis. The Black Cod was excellent and a generous portion. The sake was actually really hot, which is how it should be served and often not the case in Seattle restaurants. If your in the mood for comfort food in an informal and friendly environment, Ichiban is a great place. They do not have sushi.
Pros: Friendly, informal and good food.
Cons: Not a fancy place
