I got my first dog when I was 6 and we used Westbury Animal Hospital. Now it is 46 years later and we have been through 8 dogs, many emergencies, great times as we get new dogs (usually from the SPCA), and sad times as older ones had to be put down, even adopting one that had been abandoned at the clinic. The vets have always become like family to us. The vets are leaders in vet medicine and always have the pet's best interest as their goal at all times. Dr. J has been our ""family vet"" since the first owner retired, and he and Dr. E and the rest of the staff care for our dogs as much as we do, and we are hard to beat! We have recommended ""our"" vet clinic to many friends over the years, and will continue to do so. If you want your pet cared for by people who will love it as much as you do, this is the place to come.
Pros: They love our dogs. Easy parking. Courteous and helpful staff and aids.
