Terrible customer service. Took my 2 year old in for a cut and the stylist told me she didn't like that style but that she would ""do it anyway"". I should have walked out at that point, but I stayed hoping her attitude would improve. It didn't. And to top it off, the other stylist present also had to make a negative comment. I wasn't asking for anything unusual or out of the ordinary at all. The hair cut was terrible and I had to fix it myself once I got home. Any moron should know that you don't slam on a customer, especially one that is not being rude. That's not the best way to run a business. The worst $12 ever spent. Will never go back.
