Upon entering Tube, I immediately felt claustrophobic--perhaps a trick of the layout--but was further enhanced by the throngs of hip kids. Hip kids dancing in the only path to the bar, hip kids making out or otherwise occupying the benches and chairs along the wall, hip kids lined up a mile long for the bathroom. The drinks were not amazing enough to compensate for the atmosphere, and though the bartender was friendly enough, it took some serious maneuvering to even get to the bar. One plus--watching drunk hipsters dance themselves silly to Top 40 hits. If you are in the scene, then you will find a flock of like-minded people here. As for me, somewhere with a little more personal space would be much better.
Pros: people-watching (for a while at least)
Cons: crowded, bad music, average drinks
