Until Item; there were no great women's shoe stores in the entire bay area. Either you had to shop in the department stores, or the shoe stores were geared towards comfort or very funky styling. Item looks like NYC or LA . It's right on the mark as far a trend. They seem to seek out and find all the hot emerging brands in shoes and accessories and, by staying away from the established ""designers"", you don't have to ""pay for the label"". A great addition to the Marin fashion scene.
Pros: comfortable space, great service
Cons: not in a high traffic area
