Still busy at 10 pm, this place offers good Chinese food with friendly waiters. The Chinese tea is outstanding. The Cold Noodles are my favorite dish. It offers up mostly classic fare (Lemon Chicken, Orange Peel Chicken, Sesame Beef) with some spicy Szechuan dishes put into the mix.
