I took my mom here for mothers day to get manicures and I was very dissapointed. we had to wait for our appointments and then when they were ready to see us they took us to 2 seperate rooms. and we were the only people there!!!! I got a pedicure with a bridal party at a different location and the service was poor there as well. the staff all looked very annoyed that we were all there together and acted like we were a burden to them. For being such a high profile salon and spa, I was very dissapointed TWICE how they treated their clientel.
