I had just moved to Austin when my 16 yr old cat suddenly lost weight and became listless. I called around to several offices to see when they could see Gato and what they would recommend for her. Dr. Spangler's office staff was the most courteous and helpful. My husband was the one who took Gato in (twice) so I could stay home with our 6 month old daugher and avoid making a scene in the office by crying. Unfortuately, Gato did not make it. She was just too old...which broke my heart. I wanted to let everyone out there know that the group of people in this office are simply wonderful. They were patient and caring. I called numerous times and was always warmly received and given answers to all of my many questions. As I was not there when Gato passed, it helps me to know that she was with such a caring group. I can't thank them enough...especially Nan.
