After reading 2 less than positive experiences, I was inclined to write. I am on my second Infiniti now. I love the car, product and the folks at Infiniti of Ardmore (including the service dept.). As a woman, you always fear you're getting taken advantage of. Not here. They treat me well, explain things, respect my schedule by having a loaner ready, and in one instance, even came to my work to fix a problem! I've found them to be courteous, professional and timely. I am a happy customer and refer friends to them all the time.
