The Pines is a pretty small complex and everyone who works here is super nice. I've lived here for about a year now and I've never had any problems. If you ever have any maintenance needs, they will come literally the same day. The apartments are well kept, and the maintenance guys all live here and are so respectful and friendly. Also, they pride themselves on being a quieter complex so there isn't a bunch of noise or parties going on. It's just a really nice environment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: quick maintenance, friendly managers, close to campus
Cons: no coin machine in the laundry room so you have to get your quarters elsewhere, parking can sometimes be a pain at night
